Cancellation Policy

Admission: To obtain a real estate license, the applicant must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and submit to a background check. Our courses are offered to anyone regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status or handicap. If you need special accommodation, please notify us as soon as possible. Attendance and Grading Policy: Attendance is required for the entire session to receive MCE credit. Breaks are included and will be monitored. Students must sit for all required hours to fully complete this course. NO EXCEPTIONS ARE ALLOWED. Final grading is determined by a written examination. A score of 70 or better must be attained for passing and certificate. Refund or Transfer Policy: Refund or Transfer Policy: A transfer request to another class must be received in writing within the first 2 sessions of class. There is a $25.00 processing fee charged for all transfer requests. Your enrollment fee will transfer to the next available class. You will receive a full refund if you cancel 10 days prior to the class, 50% refund for withdrawing 5 days prior to class, and No refunds will be issued for “no shows” on class date, or after class begins. Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel the course if a minimum number of students do not register. If an emergency warrants rescheduling of a course, all care will be taken to advise you as soon as possible. In case of cancellation or rescheduling, students will be offered the option of full refund or transfer. In the event of a class cancellation due to weather, we will work to reschedule that class towards the end of the full course by adding a day.
